Momento represents the combined effect of a universal design approach focused on meeting human needs and the power of digital technologies. This initiative is based on a deep understanding of the issues associated with Alzheimer’s disease and the challenges faced by patients and their caregivers. Through the methods of User-Centered Design and Universal Design, a product has been conceived that can provide indispensable and concrete assistance. The main aim of this thesis is to utilize modern capabilities and technologies to improve the lives of a specific segment of the population that would otherwise lack access to such resources. By implementing a Human-Centered Design approach, Momento presents itself as a reliable digital companion in the everyday life of every individual.
